At Glam by Gisel, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients, the following refund policy applies:

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Due to the personalized nature of professional makeup services, refunds cannot be provided once a service has been completed. Your satisfaction is very important to me, so if you have any concerns during your appointment, please let me know right away so I can make any necessary adjustments before you leave.
If I am unable to complete your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, you will have the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund of any payments made.
